Help the San Francisco Magic Parlor to spread the word and go viral?

12 shows - 4 weekends - 1 month of performances!

Everything has fallen into place nicely. Comment cards have been very positive, I’m having a fantastic time.

All we need now are more holiday shoppers - out of town visitors - Christmas gift givers - and  - enthusiastic San Francisco residents to attend so we can keep extending the shows and have an open-ended run.

Can you help little?
Post your thoughts on your own Facebook page with a link to our Fan Page, it would help us a lot to go “viral.” …On to the our second (and third) months!

Our First Month at San Francisco Magic Parlor... Thank you!

Wow, I’m so proud. In just this first month (yeah, we’ve been playing for a month) we’ve had two birthdays and last night a 13th wedding anniversary.

How great that they folks choose Magic and the Parlor for their celebrations.

Last night? Half the audience from Southern California, one pair from Texas and one from Canada!

Giants or Magic or Both?

What interesting weekends for the next weeks.
Certainly for  the San Francisco Magic Parlor…

As well as my friends/colleagues Christian Cagigal, Timothy Noonan, and Peter Morrison. We all have SF theatre shows running.
And the GIANTS games are here!

Hmmm….
a dilemma experience MAGIC or Baseball??
So many things to choose in San Francisco!

A Who’s Who of San Francisco Eccentrics — Emperor Joshua Norton I

Joshua Abraham Norton was a successful nineteenth-century businessman who lost his fortune and his reputation.

Norton turned up a few years later wandering San Francisco's streets destitute... and arguably insane. He marched into a newspaper office with an "Official" Proclamation declaring himself the First Emperor of the United States (and Protector of Mexico.) The San Francisco Bulletin whimsically printed it on the front page …the rest is history.

With the re-building of the Bay Bridge there is a plan afoot to name it after our beloved Emperor… Oakland is less than keen on the idea.

You can learn more about Norton at the San Francisco Magic Parlor this weekend!
